Little Brothers

Little Brothers
I have 2
I also have a little sister, but this is about little brothers
Today, I asked my 6 year old brother to give me a hug
He did it willingly
He then told me about how he played with boys at the playground
He then left me to do my homework and as he walked out the door, he blew me a kiss



My brother is partially autistic.



What I wanna know is how people can be mean, prejudiced, rude, judgmental, evil, or stereotypical to autistic and disabled kids.

How can they do this to a little 6 year old boy who likes hugs, kisses, trains, toys, and is one of the most friendly people I know?

I just thought I'd share that with you.

Becuase I KNOW we've all , including me, been judgmental to somebody, and I think it needs to stop.

    aaaaaaaawwwwwwwww oh my god that is such a good post! i totally agree. i mean its horrible when people judge people with disabilities. i cringe everytime i hear someone call someone else retarded. you are so right and your little brother is awesome! tell sam andi says hi and pound it for me lala =)
