I would like to dedicate this post to my mother.

Sweet
Gentle

Always there
When you need a hug
Our heroes

Multitasks
Works
And quizzes for exams

Without them, we would be lost
Without their late at night hugs
girls' day shopping
or chick flick nights
We would be hopeless

I just finished an excellent novel called Firefly Lane by Kristen Hannah
I highly recommend it because I connected to it personally and emotionally
This book made me cry for 20 minutes +
It also made me grateful for my mother and for all of the things we take for granted in life

I have a challenge for anyone who reads this post.
1) Say sorry. To your mothers. And fathers. And sisters. And brothers, but especially mothers. For anything you have ever done to hurt, disobey, or disrespect them.
2) Read Firefly Lane

Obviously the first one is more important, but do both if you can.

Tonight

Hola, World! Tonight have only 1 thing 4 hw!!!!! I'm so happy b/c i have dance 2nite and campus parents (where a bunch of high schoolers come ovr to my house 4 an hour)
anyway, tonight's bring a BFF 2 dance nite and i'm bringing my bffs who are twins! andi and christy!!!! It should be VERY FUN!!! also, 2mrws the last day b4 my spring break!!! woo-hoo!!!! Yes, i kno, my spring break's REALLY early, but id care!!! it's coming up!!!!!!
Ok, so i'm gonna start doing this new thing, where i tell wat i'm lovin right now!!!

Little Brothers

Little Brothers
I have 2
I also have a little sister, but this is about little brothers
Today, I asked my 6 year old brother to give me a hug
He did it willingly
He then told me about how he played with boys at the playground
He then left me to do my homework and as he walked out the door, he blew me a kiss



My brother is partially autistic.



What I wanna know is how people can be mean, prejudiced, rude, judgmental, evil, or stereotypical to autistic and disabled kids.

How can they do this to a little 6 year old boy who likes hugs, kisses, trains, toys, and is one of the most friendly people I know?

I just thought I'd share that with you.

Becuase I KNOW we've all , including me, been judgmental to somebody, and I think it needs to stop.
